1. Drink enough water every day—1/2 your body weight in ounces. For example if you weight 120 pounds, you would need 60 ounces of water.
2. Supplement your diet with a high quality flax oil from the refrigerated section of your health food store to insure getting enough omega-3's in your diet.
3. Sleep on your back as much as possible.
4. Wash your face with warm, filtered water whenever possible instead of chlorinated—twice a day.
5. Freshen bed linens and pillow cases in between launderings with a mixture of lavender and tea tree essential oils mixed with filtered water using a non-aerosol spray bottle. 30 drops of each (60 total) in 32 fl. oz.
6. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day.
7. Eat whole, organic foods rather than processed foods—avoid white flour and white sugar.
8. Wash all produce with a biodegradable soap—especially if it's not organic.
9. Avoid GMO foods.
10. Limit sun exposure.
